Our Pricing
At Write to Speak, our sessions operate on a 60 minute basis. This includes 50 minutes of face-to-face time with your therapist (direct services) and an additional 10 minutes of non-face-to-face time (indirect services including completing session notes, creating therapy resources and sending homework). We can see plan managed and self managed NDIS clients. Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebates are available.

Non Face-To-Face / Indirect Support Fees
To maintain a high standard of care and quality resource development, our indirect consultations are carried out as a collaboration between the client and their family, their speech pathologist, and our designated business development assistant. This collaboration ensures that we are able to develop tailored, quality materials for our clients to support their communication goals.
We offer non face-to-face services to private and NDIS funded clients in accordance with guidelines set by the NDIA. These services are available to support the provision of direct, face-to-face services.
Non face-to-face services can include the following billable activities:
- Resource development: development of resources for the participant such as visual schedules, home programs, communication books and social stories.
- Meetings and collaborations: Meetings and collaboration with parents/carers, other supports team members and other professionals including medical, education, NDIS and other allied health professionals.
- Paperwork, forms, letters, emails: Completion of paperwork, written communication and extended phone calls with other agencies or medical professionals.
*The amount billed for these services is based on the time spent on delivering/creating the non face-to-face activities.
Cancellation Policy
If you book an appointment with us and don't turn up or if you contact us to cancel an appointment with less than 2 business days (full 48 hours Mon-Fri) notice, the full appointment fee must be paid.
Payment Information
We accept various payment methods and can provide information about potential coverage through NDIS self and plan managed, Medicare or private health insurance.
